REFUND POLICY 

Your purchase does not automatically guarantee a reservation. Your purchase will be confirmed via email within one to two business days. The cancellation fee policy will take effect once you submit your reservation. If your purchase cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charges. We recommend each customer read and review the cancellation policy and consider purchasing a Travel Insurance policy.

Our Cancellation Policy

The Cancellation Policies listed below apply to all reservations unless the tour booked has specific rates or fees listed under "Special Notes." Please carefully review the "Special Notes" of your tour prior to booking. Please know that we will always adhere to individual tour policies when applicable.

Once cancellation request is received in stipulated format, we will process your tour cancellation/refund request within 30 (thirty) business days. Refund in respect of air, train, bus, vendor, hotel, transporter and other service provider shall only be made once we receive the refund from them.

If price of tour package includes air, bus, train or other forms of transportation. The cancellation policy of such transport operator shall apply to the all tickets/seats so booked and refunds shall only be processed after Bliss age holidays receive them from the transport operator.

The Traveler cannot claim Refund if he/ she does not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours, etc. due to any reason whatsoever. For costlier tours travelers are advised to purchase a travel insurance policy with trip cancellation and trip interruption benefits to cover the non-refundable portion of the tour cost that will protect them in the event of last minute tour cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances pertaining to health reasons of self or immediate family members.

Cancellation Made Within: Refund Policy

Domestic Tours:

Less or equal to 15 days prior to departure: Non-refundable

Greater than 15 & less 30 Days Prior to Departure Date: 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded

30 days or more than prior to Departure Date: 90% of total purchase amount can be refunded


International Tours:

Less or equal to 30 days prior to departure: Non-refundable

Greater than 30 & less 60 Days Prior to Departure Date: 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded

60 days or more than prior to Departure Date: 90% of total purchase amount can be refunded

Please note that cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your signed Cancellation Request Form or an email from you which has been acknowledged by us.

All cancellations must be made directly with Bliss age holidays, not with tour providers.

In most cases, reservations paid by wire transfer, cash deposit, or money order/traveller’s check/cashier's check will be refunded via Bank transfer or check. For refunds processed by wire transfer, any associated wire transfer fee will be deducted from the overall refund amount.

How to Cancel a Reservation?

We will process your cancellation/refund request within one to seven business days. We will NOT acknowledge any verbal / over-the-phone request or voice mail. Verbally speaking with our customer service representatives without filling out a request form oran email to ______________ will not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or acknowledged. We will NOT accept email cancellations unless they have a complete, signed, and attached Cancellation Request Form.

Where you fail to make payments in respect of the balance amount payable in the stipulated period of time required under the booking policy, Bliss age holidays reserves the right to cancel your booking. Further, Bliss age holidays also reserves the right to deduct appropriate cancellation fees in respect of cancellation of transport services (such as air tickets, train tickets), hotel reservation cancellation charges and such other charges as may be applicable prior to processing your refund.

Bliss age holidays has a policy of applying for group visas. Due to any reason, whatsoever, if the visa is not granted by the respective Consular Office/ Embassy of the country or delayed in issuing the visa, Bliss age holidays would not be held responsible for such a failure of obtaining visa and further visa fees, cost of cancellation of air ticket, Insurance or any loss incurred, shall be deducted and only balance payment will be refunded to you.

Customers may print out the Bliss age holidays Group Tours Cancellation Request Form and send it to Bliss age holidays Group Tours by email or mail.

Customers may also email a scanned/digital Cancellation Request Form with your electronic signature.

Amendment Fees:

Any changes made to a reservation after successfully submitting the order online will be subject to a minimum INR 2000 Amendment Fee (per change). Reservations will be confirmed within one to two business days. The following constitute as an amendment to a tour (Some amendments may not be allowed for group tours):
